Welcome to another episode in which we watch a movie and talk about it, but in reality the cats take center stage. As I said before, we recorded these in January, and Mr. Peppers was still a very new kitten, as opposed to the adolescent who is taller than Sunny and bigger than Lucy now. We were definitely more invested in his cuteness and the fact that Sunny had finally accepted him than we were in the movie. Also, I use an iPhone 11 to record, and the microphone is really intense. I spent probably 15 minutes trying to figure out what was happening in the background before I realized it was the dryer, which is three rooms away.
This movie was ridiculous. Honestly, if the cats hadn’t been so entertaining, then this episode would probably only be 15 minutes long because I cut out a lot of duplicated rants about Edward and Bella, neither of whom I like at all (as per usual). None of it made sense, and don’t even get me started on the ending.
Anyway. I’m never doing this again. Ever. But Skelabella is my new favorite name! Also I am clearly still obsessed with the bad hair, although I do love Ashley Greene’s (Alice) pixie cut.
This came out in 2011 from Summit Distribution and was directed by Bill Condon. It was written by Melissa Rosenberg and based on the novel by Stephanie Meyers. It stars Kristen Stewart as Bella, Robert Pattinson as Edward, and Taylor Lautner as Jacob. We watched it on Showtime.
