Hey, look! An episode is out on time! The ironic thing is I set up this podcast to have seasons so I could take a break as needed, and instead, I keep struggling when I run short on time. Lucy is definitely better. There are some things I have to keep an eye on, but her vet is pretty happy so far.

On to the movie! I recorded this four times. It was ridiculous. I was trying to figure out a better way to do recordings that doesn’t pick up so much background noise, and I failed miserably. The finished audio definitely leaves something to be desired, but I just wanted to get it over with, and every time I redid the recording, I lost commentary that I liked. So I sacrificed quality for what content was left. Next time I’m just going to do a different movie. Of course after I wrapped up the editing at 12:30 at night, a friend suggested something that actually would have been even better.

This came out in 1996 from 20th Century Fox and was directed by Roland Emmerich, who wrote it with Dean Devlin. It stars Will Smith as Steve, Bill Pullman as the President, and Jeff Goldblum as David.

If you happen to listen to my podcast on any platforms, please give it a good rating and subscribe to it! That’s how I will get put in front of people and build my following.
