Hello! Welcome back to my podcast in which I promise not to take a hiatus like that again without a very good reason! Not that I didn’t have one. I just didn’t mean for it to last so long.
Today I bring you the fifth– and my least favorite so far– Tremors movie. A few things occurred to me while I watched this one:
- Burt Gummer is Tremors now
- You gotta love a movie franchise that makes the female leads the strongest and most capable characters
I definitely was not a fan of the extraneous scenes that did not make sense, the horrible dialogue that Jamie Kennedy was forced to endure, or the weird conflict scenes, but I loved watching the poacher get eaten.
This came out in 2015 from Universal Pictures Home Entertainment. It was directed by Don Michael Paul and written by Woodrow Truesmith, M.A. Deuce, John Whelpley, and C.J. Strebor. It stars Michael Gross as Burt Gummer, Jamie Kennedy as Travis Welker, Daniel Jenks as Erich van Wyk, and Pearl Thusi as Dr. Nandi Montabu.
