Welcome back! Again. I had a rough time mentally the last few months, and I did not handle it well, so here we are, back logged once more. I did decide to stop pressuring myself though. It would be nice to stick to a schedule, but if I can’t, then I can’t. October is going to be a crazy month with work, markets, and deadlines, so I don’t have a lot of hope for continuity.
I enjoyed this version of Mortal Kombat. To be honest, I also really enjoyed the one that came out in the 90’s. The first one. The second one should be buried, which means, of course, it’s going to be an episode as soon as I can trick someone into watching it with me.
This came out in 2021 from New Line Cinema, and it was directed by Simon McQuiod. It was written by Greg Russo and David Callaham and stars Lewis Tan as Cole and Joe Taslim as Sub-Zero.
